Eligibility
- Applicant is a female who has a high school diploma or GED/HSED.
- Applicant lives or works in the Amery School District.
- Applicant plans to attend (or is already attending) an accredited college, university, technical college, or other accredited post-secondary training to complete an undergraduate program.
- Applicant may be a part-time or full-time student.
- Applicant must earn no more than 150% of the federal poverty guidelines by household size.
Description
The Amery Woman's Club offers two $1,000 scholarships to women beginning or returning to a program of higher education, but not immediately following high school graduation. This scholarship is awarded based on need-social/physical/economic status.
