- Must be a newly-accepted or currently enrolled DVM student
- Must be from East Tennessee Foundation’s 25-county service area
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must have achieved at least a 3.0 undergraduate GPA
- Must be attending University of Tennessee, Knoxville or Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine
- Must demonstrate financial need
- Must be committed to a career path in clinical veterinary medicine
Description
The Candace Mast Veterinary Medicine Scholarship was established in 2014 to assist female students studying veterinary medicine. It offers a $4,000 one-year award to newly-accepted or currently enrolled DVM students from East Tennessee Foundation’s 25-county service area. Eligible students must demonstrate financial need and be committed to a career path in clinical veterinary medicine.
