Description

The Colorado Second Chance Scholarship Program offers up to $5,000 each year for individuals who have been released from the Division of Youth Services (DYS) commitment facility within the last 5 years. The scholarship supports various educational paths, including traditional college degrees, online programs, and certificate courses. The program aims to invest in the educational success of youth involved with DYS/DHS by awarding $100K in scholarships over 4 years for approved Colorado institutions. Participants receive support services such as academic advising, financial literacy programming, and career advising.
