Description
The Douvas Memorial Scholarship, established in 1984 by Mr. Peter G. Douvas, supports first-generation American youth in Wyoming pursuing degrees at in-state institutions. The Wyoming Department of Education administers this annual $500 award to one student each fall, recognizing first-generation American status and demonstrated financial need.
