Description
The Ish Smith Overcomer Scholarship is awarded to traditional freshman or transfer students who have shown an exceptional ability to deal with adversity and challenges in their lives. Named in honor of Robert “Ish” Smith, a former coach and president of Greenville University, this scholarship recognizes students who display determination, overcome hardship, and inspire others with their grit and perseverance. The scholarship is renewable for up to four years.
