Description
This scholarship was established by William James Strehlow to provide financial assistance for a graduating Parchment High School senior who has demonstrated personal growth throughout their high school years, and plans to attend Kalamazoo Valley Community College. It is a multiyear scholarship, renewable annually up to 2 times.
