Eligibility
- Be a legal U.S. resident of one of the Eligible States: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
- Be age 16 or older.
- Have at least one year (or at least 18 semester hours) remaining before undergraduate college graduation.
- If not yet in college, begin freshman year no later than the start of the 2027 – 2028 college academic school year.
- Have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 or be in good standing.
Description
The 2026 Regions Riding Forward Scholarship Contest consists of four separate Quarterly Contests, each awarding four $8,000 scholarships. Participants must submit a video or written essay about an individual who has inspired them in an extraordinary way. The contest is open to legal U.S. residents of specific states, aged 16 or older, who meet certain educational criteria.
